PALM SUNDAY SALE This weekend, April 9 and 10, after all Masses we will have wooden crosses and cork crosses made by Pauline Carrier and palm crosses which can be blessed and hung in your home. These items would make the perfect Easter gift for parents and grandparents. All proceeds will go directly to the parish. Join us this evening, March 25th between our 5:15p Mass on the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord, and Stations of the Cross as we join Pope Francis in consecrating Ukraine and Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. We pray for a swift end to this conflict. “Lord our God, you sent your only Son to bring peace to our world. Through the intercession of Blessed Mary ever-Virgin, hear our earnest prayer; grant that our times may be tranquil, so that we may live in peace as one family, united in love for one another.”
We are excited to welcome Fr. Joe Brice back to St. John Paul II Parish for our 2022 Lenten Mission. Fr. Joe will be presented "Growing in the Spiritual Life During Lent" from 6:00 PM to 7:00 pm on Monday, March 14th and Tuesday, March 15th in the context of the Holy Hour. Please join us for these faith filled evenings.

The Knights of Columbus Delancy Council #57 and St. John Paul II Council #12613 will be once again offering Chowder and Clam Cake Dinners on Fridays during Lent. Stations of the Cross will be held every Friday during Lent following the 5:15 PM Mass. For those unable to attend in person, we will be live streaming the Stations of the Cross. A link can be found at our parish website at www.saintjohnpaulri.com.
FRIDAY FAMILY FAITH FORMATION EVENING Our next Family Faith Formation evening will take place on Friday, February 18, 2022@ 6:00 PM (after the 5:15 PM daily Mass) We will be having a Family Movie Night with snacks and treats.
This year's RCIA program will begin Sunday, February 20, 2022. Any adult needing the sacraments of Baptism, First Communion or Confirmation should call the parish office at 401-722-1220 x 2 for more information. Candidates will make their sacraments at the Easter Vigil on Saturday, April 16th at 7:30 PM.
Visitation and Funeral will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at St. Teresa of the Child Jesus Church at 358 Newport, Avenue, Pawtucket, RI Visitation will be held in the church from 8:30 to 9:30 AM A Concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:00AM for the repose of Father's soul. Burial will be private.
