Saint John Paul II Parish offers Religious Education classes to all parish children and young people who attend public schools in grades K through 8. Classes are held on Sunday mornings from 8:45 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. in Saint Cecilia’s School. Attending weekly mass, in conjunction with Religious Education classes, is an important part of your family’s faith formation. We encourage your family to attend the 10:00 a.m. Mass right after classes.
Children’s Liturgy of the Word is offered during the 10:00 am Mass for Grades K-6. The children are invited to the Church basement during mass to hear and explore that week’s readings in their own language.
For more information, please call or email Debra Zagorski, Director of Religious Education at (401) 723-9463 x 12 or via email [email protected].
Registration packets for CCD classes will be mailed out by the end of July. Additional registration packets will be made available at the entrances of both churches. You can return your registration via mail or by dropping them in the collection basket.
